ABOUT OUR OCT 2 EVENT
Let's Get Uncomfortable is the first event dedicated to addressing and discussing the issue of
gender-based discrimination and harassment in Canada's travel industry.
Led by a panel of travel professionals and public educators, the discussion will centre on workplace inequity and sexual harassment, the need for diverse leadership, the female experience from an in-destination service level, bystander intervention techniques, and – most importantly – how we can all move forward as a safer, more inclusive industry.
